Four steps on the card.
The log
We scan and drive it. If you approve the repair the same visit, the diagnostic hour comes off the labour.
The estimate
Parts and labour named before anything is ordered. Forced induction and built engines are quoted from the car in the bay.
Pickup
We call when it is ready. The invoice lists the lines we did.

Unit 40 is in the industrial building at 4544 Dufferin Street, North York. Most of the book is North York, Downsview, Vaughan, and Thornhill. The rest of Toronto is welcome.
